Your room will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, we recommend informing the hotel in advance so reception can prepare for your arrival properly.

What should I know about the birthday promotional code?
Registered customers who have enabled promotional emails will receive their birthday promotional code by newsletter on the day of their birthday. The code is valid for 7 days from the date it is sent and can be used for new bookings with stays scheduled within the following 12 months. It applies to one room only, excludes additional services, and cannot be combined with other offers or RH customer discounts.

What are the restaurant opening hours?
The usual restaurant opening hours are: breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, lunch from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, and dinner from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm. As these times may change depending on the season or daily hotel operations, it is advisable to confirm them at reception during your stay.

Are drinks included in my booking?
As a general rule, drinks are not included in Half Board and Full Board stays. In some specific rates, house wine and water for guests over 60 may be included. If your booking includes drinks, this will be clearly stated in the conditions of the selected board basis.

Can I choose a room with a shower or a bathtub?
Hotel RH Arena has rooms with showers and others with bathtubs. You can indicate your preference when booking or mention it at reception, although it cannot be guaranteed in every case. Even so, the hotel will do its best to meet your request whenever availability allows.

How can I reserve a parking space?
Parking can be added during the booking process on hotelesrh.com by providing your vehicle registration number. Cancellation of this service is free up to 24 hours before arrival. After that deadline, a €20 cancellation fee will apply. Vehicles must be collected before 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

No. Electric scooters are not allowed inside the hotel, and they may not be parked or charged within the property. Parking or charging them in the outdoor areas is also not permitted.

Can I complete online check-in and are group bookings accepted?
Yes, you can complete online check-in through your personal area on the Hoteles RH website before arriving at the hotel, which helps make arrival quicker and easier. As for reservations, groups of more than 4 rooms are not accepted, nor are stays linked to stag or hen parties, celebrations, or similar events. Separate bookings that are actually part of the same group will not be accepted either.

Do children and babies need to be included in the booking?
Yes. All guests, including babies and children, must be included in the reservation. The hotel needs to know the total number of occupants and their ages in advance, as some room types do not allow an extra bed or cot. A child is considered up to and including 12 years old; from that age onwards, they are considered an adult.
